We say this as a warning: depriving citizens of peaceful and respectful communication in the midst of the tense circumstances of the present time can lead to a violent reaction on the part of society, a society whose people were peacefully and respectfully promoting their diverse views up until election day. . . .  We are a people with a long history dating back a few thousand years.   We all belong together, and we share this country and its history.  Do not tear us apart.

Nous tenons à mettre en garde: la situation de crise que nous connaissons ces derniers jours, qui prive la société de sa liberté d'expression et l'empêche de formuler ses demandes légitimes et pacifistes, risque de conduire notre société à la violence, société qui jusqu'à la veille du jour de l'élection, participait aux débats politiques dans le calme, dans l'esprit de la démocratie. . . . Nous sommes un peuple à l'histoire millénaire, nous sommes ensemble et nous sommes une partie de cette histoire, l'histoire de notre patrie.  Ne nous divisez pas !

ما هشدار می‌دهيم در شرايط ملتهب فعلی، محروم کردن جامعه از بيان صلح آميز مطالبات خود می‌تواند به بروز واکنش های خشونت آميز بيانجامد؛ جامعه ای که مردم آن تا پيش از روز انتخابات با آرامش و در کنار يکديگر به تبليغ نظرات خود می‌پرداختند. . . . ما ملتی هستیم با تاریخ چندهزارساله. همه با هم ایم و همه شریک این تاریخ و این سرزمین. ما را چندپاره نکنید.
